  • Our technicians are fully trained by the manufacturers/importers of the products we sell.
  • Only genuine parts will be used when available. Any other parts required will be sourced from reputable suppliers.
  • All parts replaced will be retained for inspection by the customer.
  • Customers will be kept informed of progress and any additional costs for extra work required.
  • Customers will be provided with detailed invoices explaining all work carried out and spare parts used.
  • In the event of any complaint regarding our servicing and repairs we will at all times try to resolve any issues by mutual consent.
